Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of LiveNovel (the "Service"), an adults-only platform for AI-assisted interactive fiction and illustrated novels. By accessing the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility (18+)
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and it must be legal for you to access adult content where you live. The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly permit minors to use it.
2. The Service
LiveNovel lets you create and interact with fictional AI characters, turn sessions into illustrated novels, and buy or sell those novels using in-platform credits and subscriptions. Some features are delivered inside Telegram; the web experience is provided at livenovel.app. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts & access
You sign in through a third-party identity (such as Telegram or Discord). You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your access secure.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not use the Service for anything illegal.
- You will not depict, request, or upload sexual content involving minors or anyone appearing to be a minor. All characters must be adults.
- You will not create content involving real, identifiable people without consent, non-consensual real-person sexual content, or content that promotes harm.
- You will not attempt to bypass safety, moderation, age, or payment controls.

5. User content & the marketplace
You retain rights to the stories you create, and you grant us the license needed to host, display, moderate, and (where you list them) distribute them. Novels listed for sale are moderated before they reach readers. You are responsible for the content you publish and must have the rights to it.
6. Purchases, credits & subscriptions
Paid credits, subscriptions, and access packages are digital goods delivered electronically. Prices are shown before purchase. Card payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card details. Billing and cancellation terms, and how charges appear on your statement, are described in our Refund & Billing Policy.
7. Refunds
Because purchases are digital and delivered immediately, they are generally non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Billing Policy or as required by law.
8. Intellectual property
The Service, its software, branding, and original assets are owned by LiveNovel. You may not copy, resell, or reverse-engineer the Service except as allowed by law.
9. Disclaimers
Content is fictional and AI-generated and may be inaccurate or unexpected. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiveNovel is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or the Content Policy, or where required for legal or safety reasons.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
