Content Policy

LiveNovel is an adults-only platform for fictional, AI-generated interactive stories. This policy defines what is and is not allowed and is a binding part of our Terms of Service.

1. Everyone is an adult

All characters on LiveNovel are fictional and are depicted as adults aged 18 or over. Content that depicts, describes, or implies a minor in a sexual context is strictly and absolutely prohibited, without exception.

2. No real-person abuse

We prohibit non-consensual sexual content involving real, identifiable people; sexual content about real people created without their consent; and any content that harasses, threatens, or seeks to harm a real person.

3. Other prohibited content

Content that is illegal in the jurisdictions we operate in.
Sexual content involving non-consent presented as real, incest involving minors, bestiality, or content promoting sexual violence as encouraged real-world behaviour.
Content that promotes terrorism, self-harm, or serious real-world harm.

4. Fictional / AI-generated content & recordkeeping

All sexual content on LiveNovel is fictional and computer-generated. It does not depict real human performers. Because no real persons are depicted, U.S. federal recordkeeping requirements under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 do not apply; nevertheless, we enforce an equivalent strict no-minors, adults-only standard across all content.

5. Moderation

Character listings and novels offered on the marketplace are reviewed before they reach other users. We use automated and human moderation and may remove content or accounts that breach this policy.

6. Reporting

To report content that may violate this policy, contact support@livenovel.app. Reports of suspected content involving minors are treated as the highest priority and actioned immediately.
