This policy explains what LiveNovel collects and how we use it. LiveNovel is an adults-only (18+) service.
1. What we collect
- Account identifiers from the login provider you choose (e.g. a Telegram or Discord user ID and public handle).
- Usage data — characters you create, sessions, and in-app actions needed to run the Service.
- Purchase metadata — order IDs, amounts, and status. Card payments are handled by our payment provider; we do not receive or store your full card number.
- Technical data — basic logs and a locally-stored age-confirmation flag and session token.
2. How we use it
To provide and secure the Service, process purchases, deliver credits and subscriptions, moderate content, prevent abuse and fraud, and meet legal obligations.
3. Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with: our payment provider(s) to process and reconcile payments; our hosting and infrastructure providers; and authorities where legally required. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Cookies & local storage
We use local storage for essential functions only — remembering your 18+ confirmation and keeping you signed in. We do not use advertising trackers.
5. Retention
We keep account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and anti-fraud purposes, then delete or anonymise them.
6. Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us. We will respond as required by applicable law.
7. Age
The Service is strictly for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18; if we learn we have, we delete it.
8. International transfers
Your data may be processed outside your country by our providers, with appropriate safeguards.
