Refund & Billing Policy
1. What you are buying
LiveNovel sells digital goods — in-platform credits, access passes, and subscriptions — delivered electronically and immediately after payment.
2. How charges appear
Card charges appear on your statement as LIVENOVEL. If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before disputing it — we can usually resolve it faster than your bank.
3. Subscriptions & renewals
Where a package grants time-limited access (for example a 30-day pass), the term and price are shown before purchase. One-time passes do not auto-renew. If a plan is recurring, it is clearly marked as such at checkout and can be cancelled at any time before the next renewal from your profile or by contacting us.
4. Refunds
Because purchases are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final and non-refundable once the credits, access, or content have been delivered, except:
- where a refund is required by applicable law;
- a duplicate or clearly erroneous charge;
- a documented technical failure where the purchased item was not delivered and could not be provided.
5. How to request
Email support@livenovel.app within 14 days of the charge with your order ID and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us first. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension while we investigate.
7. Currency
Charges are processed in the currency shown at checkout; your bank may apply conversion fees we do not control.
